Author: The Young Learners
Section 1: Before Starting The Course
The instructors articulate the rationale behind creating this course and address the pivotal question of why they aspire to become Product Managers.
Personally, I am inclined towards transitioning into the role of a Product Owner. Having garnered nearly three years of experience in Business Analysis, I often find myself contemplating whether the role of a BA or an Analyst serves as my ultimate career destination. My conclusion?
Perhaps not. Hence, I have resolved to pivot my career trajectory towards assuming the responsibilities of a Product Owner/Product Manager. This strategic shift will afford me the opportunity to delve deeper into specific industries such as FinTech and E-commerce.Other reference: The Case Against Working as a Business Analyst

As Product Manager, you’re not actually a manager of anybody
The Product Manager serves as an enabler, engaging with stakeholders and users to gather feedback and analyze data metrics. They prioritize initiatives based on strategic importance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development. Ultimately, they align product direction with business objectives.
The Product Manager serves as a versatile role, acting as a communication hub, prioritizer, researcher, presenter, and more. Their primary responsibility lies in ensuring the success of the product they oversee.
